Delete my ATD SOLAR account
“ATD SOLAR” app and atdsolar.mr client area
1. From the app or the website
Log in to your client area, open “My account”, then “Delete my account”. Enter your 4-digit code and confirm. Your access is closed immediately.
2. Without logging in
Forgot your code? Write to us from your account phone number: +22241718249 (WhatsApp) or contact@atdsolar.mr, with the sentence “I request the deletion of my ATD SOLAR account”. We check that the request comes from you, then delete the account.
What is deleted
Your account and code, your alert choices, the phones registered for notifications, your WhatsApp choices, the login history. Everything is deleted within 30 days at most.
What is kept
Invoices, the warranties of your equipment and installation records, for as long as the law or your warranties require. They are no longer visible online and are only used if you contact us about a warranty.
